Preface

For the general public, the subjects of this page are: objectives, status between Mipa and I, and the coincidence about equal dates of publishing.
This page was written very casually and in a somewhat aloof manner.
( D, I recommend reading this to understand my point-of-view. )

There's usually the lingering air that I'm uncaring, inconsiderate, neglectful, unfriendly, when it comes to a person I have named Mipa.
The debate about this friendship has been around for years, and seems boundlessly continuous.

I'll take this subject a little at a time. 

Selection

Answers can be found in questions. 
When a person seeks marriage, why does Not a man choose to marry every woman on the planet?  Do standards of choice in mate  include a homeless, dangerous, hateful,  diseased,  or very immoral woman?

In a selection of life partners for each person the  range of choices are from the most incompatible to the most optimum.  Naturally, one man can’t choose everyone, he excludes the numberless wrong or incompatible choices, and limits his selection to a few valuable picks. Afterwards, for the standard of marriage he inspires to choose the single best life partner. 
To choose one valuable relationship, as a life partner, is the same for choosing a group of valuable relationships = friendships.  We thoughtfully choose the few most beneficial friends. 

Objective

The right way to choose a valuable relationship depends on considering the complete package of each person, who is a single  choice of many in a selection.
When in thought to see the whole package for a choice of relationship, you may place your attention on a quality of a person called the Prime Objective.  
The Prime Objective of a person  determines all of his/her life, actions, work, words, and secondary aims, as a package.
If a person's Prime Objective is good the package of a person's life has characteristics as a culture's or nation's ideal standards, truth, wholesomeness, fun, play and calm times, and other qualities that benefit.
If a person's Prime Objective  is bad the package of a person's  life has characteristics as being  immoral, hurtful, hateful, sharp,
and many other qualities that are dark.
By evidence in person's overall life, actions, work, words, and secondary aims you can work backwards to discern a person's Prime Objective, or prime aim, or the goal of motivation.
To find the 'reason' a person acts, is the same as finding the 'Prime Objective'.
This is a tool any person can use to discern if someone else has right or beneficial qualities,  or isn't beneficial.

Acquaintance

Because Mipa and I have been acquainted indirectly for years, yet at a distance, it's not surprising that eventually I would realize what Mipa's Prime Objective is, when it includes me.  Attention of his prime aim gives his actions an understandability.
By watching the prime aim of Mipa,  1 year had passed by before it revealed to me certain things I was not aware Mipa does for that aim.  From further observation, it took 1.5 years (months later)  to see another unique process Mipa uses  that is the result of the prime objective or goal.  When I tried to convey this knowledge to others, it took another 1.5 years before I adequately had explained it. 3 years in all;
To explain it again sufficiently to any person,  it might take at least another 5 months.  Also, I've been sick. Do I have a minimum of  5 months of free time?

Coincidence

I mentioned in blog "Attractor" when I left for vacation in late 2024, all of Mipa's activities and news about him have been entirely separated from my knowledge.

(D, when 1 day ago I saw your devotion  switch to mostly Mipa, the picture that was posted at the start of July, I suspected why and wrote blog "Nice".  However my prediction wasn't completely sure.  Since 2024, to verify my suspicion
yesterday is the first time I reopened news about Mipa's life.
D, the  only reason I viewed Mipa again is you.)

July 24, yesterday, very early morning is the first day since 2024 I inquired and searched for news about Mipa's activities.
I was caught on to the fact that Mipa has published new work.
A coincidence; July 11, Mipa had published his new work, not sure his exact time,  on the  very same day I published "Independence, Government, and Rule".

As verification added to blog "Attractor" written on June 27,
I said in the " Pre" page of  "Independence, Government, Rule"
( I.G.A.R. 1,2,3 ) written on July 11, I had published IGAR as an Incomplete version, weeks before the actual publish day.
June 22 (the month before) was the first day I published the incomplete IGAR with the name "Choice B", then took it down to eventually complete it.   For Indepedence Day, I attempted to finish Choice B on July 4, 2025 the holiday because it's the same subject of independence , though missed. It is was later Choice B was renamed  to IGAR. July 11 IGAR 1,2,3 was finished and published.

As an exercise, if you don't believe that I published my work on the same day without awareness that Mipa had published his work the day too, working with the tool of the Prime Objective is handy.
