This is a small summary of the next 3 pages.

Each major subject is separated onto its own page = #1 , #3. Government as a subject is explained slightly.
The range of commentary on a  page begins  from the earliest time to  the end time, which is the present day. 

Page 1:
'Independence' and 'Government' are the subjects. Government is a secondary topic.
This page of comments is suited for Americans, and because many U.S. citizens are religious, it expresses religious points.
It starts at creation to deduce independence with 2 people, and concludes at today to summarize an independent  population.

Page 2:
'Rule' is the subject.
This page of comments are suited for the irreligious.
It's a theory about the beginning of rule, the reasons for rule, and finally  how to use rule rightly today. 

Page 3:
A page of apology.

• This work was published before while unfinished, without the subject of 'rule' page.  I took it down and completed it.  This is the finished work.
