For public eyes, the subject of this page is about free choice.

To assist any American who by personal opinion may witness an environment where confusions in understanding or perhaps wrong attitudes can create irregular behaviors that guide or conduct unnecessary services, regulations, or actions that could eventually affect many innocent people in unhealthy ways, this page serves by influencing leniences to relax or dissolve those cases through comprehending some simple aspects from the viewpoint of a friendly nation of fairness.  A good American environment  is one which nurtures you to yield and thrive.  When meeting these discrepancies or irregularites from personal health, truly said better  by the Declaration of Independence "it is the Right of the People to  alter or to abolish  it" - amongst government, to lesser known instances of casual social castes.   Ideally available to U.S. citizens, also people in other countries who are willing to  join our belief about life, is the healthiest soil of a united nation for exemplary boundless growth.

Notes of History

The American people's power of complete freedom may not be fully understood by even Americans, and naturally less so for citizens in neighboring foreign countries who do not live on the foundation of freedom.

Fellow agreeable  citizens, for us to understand ourselves in this beautiful nation of America, let us touch a little into America's history and dive  some into our roots.

On July 4, 1776 this day signaled when the Declaration of Independence went into effect and an Independence Day prevailed in the United States of America.
Only 250 years ago -- a very short span of time in history from today -- the new idea of pure independence was born.  The golden treasure of independence includes independent thought, towards complete  freedom of choice.
Because the idea is so young Americans are still infants developing into maturity a comprehension of what the meaning of freedom really is.
Though the idea of independence  has been around since ancient times, like any school lesson a person does not have a completed comprehensive and rententive knowledge of the lesson until he applies it to a real life situation; An event happened, earliest America sought fairness - was the lesson; writing the Declaration - was the application.
This power of an idea has such impact and effect that in so short a time, today the U.S. of America is counted as one of the noticeable powers to join amid the ranks of other  friendly world powers.  U.S. = these letters glued together without dots of abbreviation can simply mean, we in the world collectively are described  as "Us". We can say "US" because if any person, group,  or organization decides to join the pioneering idea and the adventure of American independence this power you can also have, and is the power we will share together.
( Aspirations would naturally accord with  standards of human safety and fairness. )

Money & Calendar

Grab in hand any American dollar bill ($20 bill), or  any American coin (a quarter).  On every (or near every) American money are printed the words, in all capital letters: In God We Trust.
If the word "God" appears on all monies, this belief is in the basic American foundation.

What religion is the God from we write on American money?  Is He the God from Islam, Buddhism, or Hinduism? The unique God America has chosen is classified as the Christian God.

Think of the current calendar year 2025.   Most of the world has adopted this calendar and  number of 2025.  Where does it come from?  What is at the start, at year 0? In general  we will find there is no year 0. 
The customary practice of counting from one year to the next is
is by writing immediately after year 1 BC the year AD 1.  Example of counting in order: 2 BC, 1 BC, AD 1, AD 2, AD 3.
BC= Before Christ. AD = Anno Domini = "In the year of our/the Lord".
1 BC was thought to be the day Christ was born.  The more correct day of birth was changed later, to be a few years earlier.
Though not precise, to say it understandably: '2025' represents that it  was 2025 years ago since Jesus was born.
( Apparently, taking apart the word "Christian" = Christ + ian. )

Combine the subjects of the American currency and the  American calendar together the product is obviously a Christian God.

Adam and Eve

The result is, most Americans know the Christian story of creation of Adam and Eve; Here is a tiny version.  
God created the first man called Adam. After, the first woman Eve was created from Adam's rib bone.  God instructed Adam not to eat fruit from a specific tree in the Garden of Eden. God said to Adam, if he did he would die.  Eve, then Adam both ate the fruit that God had forbid, regardless of the warning.

From this story we deduce that by Eve's ability (inherited from Adam's ability) to choose something completely opposite (fruit), thus is independent or wholly apart, from God's will of warning.
Simply said,  apart from God's will that Adam and Eve choose to continue life, they eventually chose death.

God gave Adam and Eve the ability of whole independence.

From the Christian standpoint, in the beginning God gave man independence.   That spiritual  heredity from the core
ancestry of Adam and Eve was passed down in a family tree, and
in a series of generations was carried inside each man and women leading up to the modern times.
In the modern day, for reasons men exercised the need for independence; Consequently, so high of value became the quality of independence, by physical contract it was made into an agreement between men = the American Declaration of Independence.
Hence, God has given every man the claim of full independence, for independent thought, to freedom of thought and choice.

Passive Way

People who care about each other,  he or she will freely allow others to keep his/her freedom of choice - the ability of innate right the Christian God has given every man.

**To ignore the ability the Christian God wanted all men to have, by immediately with his/her own choice replacing another's free choice (as if to erase it),
that is to have a stance ( whether knowing it or not and to some degree, great or small ) as equal to a barrier to the way of the Christian God, who’s will is for all men to have this ability (included in Independence) - who wants the prosperity of all human beings.

The basic equation is  every man and woman has the free choice to select  his/her course of life: as his job, his food, his drink, her clothes, her car, his hairstyle, his friends, his girlfriend, her boyfriend, his wife, his home, his / her religion, their interests, etc.

Examples of not having free choice follows:
(Morning.) Should I step into your house and choose your breakfast and clothes?   (Family.) Should your neighbor check you while you're in recreation with your family, then to select for you another alien family to play with? (Partner.) May a successful track runner interrupt your conversation with your boyfriend and suddenly choose another boyfriend for you?  (Job.) Should an employee step into her big boss's office and tell her boss to quit now  to immediately become a cashier at a small college? Etc.

Additionally, appended to this equation, is to act responsibly in tune with the lives of every man, which are enforced in American laws of Safety: to not harm another man, to not harm another man's property, to not harm oneself.
